I love the fact that you manage to paint nude figure without fallen into the trap of making it overtly sexual, it's in the way you pain their skin and face that creates the melancholic felling that balances things out, and the cross necklace gives this painting a delicious contradiction.
I like how shes a prostitute, but wearing a cross. Maybe it's for fashion, but the idea of it is very hypocritical. Its like wearing a thin white t-shirt on a rainy day. The art is good, but I'm not going to lie, I can't find it beautiful. I don't find beauty in selling your body for money, nor do I find the women and men that do it attractive. It's quite sad really. Your a good artist thou, theres no denying that. It just makes me disgusted in some of the people that post to these pics saying how gorgeous/sexy the women are in them. If you ask me, their faces in most of your pictures are void of emotion or tired looking. Like they don't really have anything left in the world to care about. I think you did a amazing job if thats what you are trying to show in your art, if not, oh well. Thats what I see in it.
I agree with you on the fact prostitution is really horrible, which is probably what the artist is trying to illustrate. The women wears a cross because she probably prostitutes without really wanting to and maybe it's to illustrate her need of help.
They are also probably void of emotion and tired looking because they actually are, being a prostitute is terrible and I personally think the illustrator showed it impressively well.
